Return Policy

We respect the rights of our customers and comply with the European Union consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the goods.
• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email or contact form).

2. Exceptions to the Right of Return

According to EU law, the right of return does not apply to:

• goods made to order or clearly personalized;
• sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, headphones, underwear);
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

3. Conditions of Return

• The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, preferably in their original packaging.
• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
• The goods must be sent back to the address provided by us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund all payments made, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional costs for express or non-standard delivery options are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or delivered in error.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
• In such cases, we will cover all return costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
